Tonight Phil, my parents, his brother and sister-in-law, and myself went to the wedding venue and did our taste testing. WOW, there was so much food! Dad kept requesting special meals. When our wedding coordinator came out to ask us which dessert we liked dad goes, "I love the galato but on the night of can I have another scoop of mango instead of the chocolate? Dad, how embarassing, and the coordinator was "of course". The gelato we choose is one scoop raspberry, one scoop chocolate and one scoop mango. What a nut he is. He also asked for something else special. Who's day is this anyways? ha ha ha.
We also booked our hotel room which is across the street. We want to continue the party. ha ha ha. ya right. I'll tell you what is going to happen. Phil will drag me by the gown and make me go to bed because I'll be wasted. At Alicia's wedding, I got so wasted the next morning Phil asked if there was an open bottle of vodka and then was "oh no, it's just you". ha ha ha it was seeping out my pours. Oh well. A fun time was had by all.
Next is my wedding shower. Can't wait what these ladies have in store for me.

ReplyDeleteI think my mom is waiting for my brother and I to magically locate some guests before she RSVPs...ha ha.
ReplyDeleteI know Adam will be around the week before, but I'm not sure about the week of the wedding, so I will continue to "look into" that :)
And, you realize, that if she does RSVP that I'm not bringing a guest, and he IS available, I'm bringing him and expect that to be accomodated into your plans. Splendid, splendid :)
He likes chocolate, so we will both be fine with double scoops of chocolate, and your dad can have even MORE MANGO :) Wonderful.
